Now that teachers have been added to SCOIR, it is time to invite them to join SCOIR so that students can request teacher recommendations.
NOTE: Teacher invites will not be available to be sent until this featured is turned on, which needs to be done by the SCOIR Team.
To invite the newly added teachers, follow these steps:
Navigate to your name | School & Account Settings
Click on the 'Role' column to sort staff into roles of Counselor and Teacher.
After sorting, put a check box in the box next to each teacher you want to invite and from the 'I would like to' drop down, select Invite staff.
This will generate an pop-up menu showing exactly which staff will be included and if they have already been sent an invite or if they have not. A green check box will indicate they will get an invite.
A red x indicates they have already been registered, so no invite will be sent.
The two small arrows indicates that the staff member has already been invited but has not registered. The staff member will be re-invited if invite is selected.
